It’s an exciting time in the Oviedo-Winter Springs community! The long-awaited Oviedo Medical Center opened its doors last month. The Oviedo Medical Center is at the heart of two cities and is easily accessible off of S.R. 417 at Red Bug Lake Road. Owned and operated by HCA, Oviedo Medical Center will provide a full range of healthcare services, including medical and surgical inpatient units, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, diagnostic services, women’s services like labor and delivery, 24/7 emergency care and a medical office building. With the recent growth of the two cities, the hospital has been in high demand, and we are very excited to welcome them to our community.
Taste of Oviedo, presented by Air Flow Designs Heating and Air Conditioning is only one month away. The event will be held on Saturday, March 11 at Oviedo Mall. Taste of Oviedo is packed with delicious local food, craft beer, the iconic Citrus & Celery Cook Off, the best live entertainment, the most fun kids’ area, local vendors and something for every member of the family.
