The NFL Pro Bowl will return to Orlando’s Camping World Stadium for a fourth consecutive year, the league announced on Wednesday.
“We’re thrilled to return to Orlando for the fourth year in a row and bring the Pro Bowl experience to the city of Orlando, our fans, players and partners,” Peter O’Reilly, NFL Executive Vice President, Club Business & League Events said. “We’re happy to provide not only a week-long celebration of football, but also to extend the celebration of the NFL’s 100th season throughout this year’s Pro Bowl.”
The game is scheduled for 3PM ET on Sunday, January 26TH, 2020. Festivities will also include the NFL’s celebration of its 100TH season. The AFC vs. NFC format will return, despite recent attempts to tweak the format of the glorified exhibition.
Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports complex will host the Skill Showdown on Thursday, January 23RD. Fans can also access practices for both teams prior to the game.
Orlando, the country’s largest market without an NFL team, has become a welcomed destination for players, their families and fans. With countless accommodations and attractions Central Florida has become a premiere destination to host major sporting events.
All Pro Bowl festivities will take place the week prior to Super Bowl LIV. The Super Bowl will kick off Sunday, February 2ND from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
Pro Bowl tickets will go on sale later this year. Those who purchased tickets for the event in Orlando in recent years will receive priority access to tickets this year.
