Rita Khoury Rahbany, M.D, founder of Advanced Diabetes and Endocrine Medical Center, specializes in en¬docrinology and the treatment of diabetes and metabolic disorders.

She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Florida and her endocrine fellowship at the George Washington University in Washington D.C., where she trained with world-renowned experts in the multidisci¬plinary areas of endocrinology.

Dr. Rahbany has been serving the Central Florida community through her medical care since 1999. She es¬tablished her own practice in 2004 and has been acknowl¬edged with providing excellent care to patients who suffer from diabetes, thyroid diseases, pituitary and adrenal dis-orders, metabolic bone disease and women’s health.

Dr. Rahbany is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Endocrinol¬ogy and Metabolism. She participates in many professional organizations, including American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, American Diabetes Association and American Medical As¬sociation. Dr. Rahbany has medical staff privileges at Florida Hospital Healthcare System.

Her office is situated in the heart of Orlando, centrally located near the University of Central Florida, Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Lake Nona and Waterford Lakes. When Dr. Rahbany isn’t treating patients, she enjoys spending quality time with her children, traveling, walking and reading.
