With summer coming to a close, it’s time to think about your final ways to celebrate. Check out these Central Florida theme park events to help close your summer with a bang.
SeaWorld: Summer Spectacular and Craft Beer Festival
You already know SeaWorld for its animals, but how about its nightlife? With availability until September 4, get your tickets before spots run out for SeaWorld’s Summer Spectacular and its Craft Beer Festival.
When the sun sets, make way to SeaWorld’s central lake as Ignite Fireworks lights up the Central Florida sky, visible from Bayside Stadium, The Waterfront, and the Orca Encounter Pathway. Also, check out the variety of artists and genres, from pop to rock, performing every Saturday and Sunday from July 8 until August 6 at 6:00 p.m. in the Nautilus Theater. Lastly, remember to try some of SeaWorld’s exclusive summer-themed snacks like the Pipeline cocktail, impossible chili cheese fries, cotton candy, and much more.
SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival is every Friday to Sunday between July 28 – September 4, open from noon until one hour before the park closes. You might think this experience would cost a pretty penny, but it comes included with SeaWorld Park admission. Featuring complimentary entertainment, over 100 craft brews and more than 15 food items paired to match your favorite brew, enjoy the best blend of roller coaster drops and world-class hops.
Busch Gardens Summer Celebration
Featuring a firework and water fountain spectacular, the Busch Gardens Summer Celebration is a great way to top off a day of adventure. Check out the park after hours with themed dance zones, electric entertainment, and thrilling roller coasters available throughout the night.
Also, a fireworks show is held at 9:00 p.m. at the Festival Field on select nights. Accompanying the pyrotechnics display is music matching the beat and ambiance of each explosion. Presented by Bad Boy Mowers, this show is available every Friday and Saturday night during the summer.
The best way to complement Florida’s summer heat is to cool off at Busch Gardens’ Turn It Up! Remix ice show. The award-winning spectacular returns to the Moroccan Palace Theater with state-of-the-art skaters, props, and projections.
Aquatica: End of Summer Party with 105.6 SUNNY FM
Finish off a spectacular day filled with rides, attractions, food, and drinks at Aquatica’s End of Summer Party. The event occurs after the kids enter school on Monday, September 4 (Labor Day) between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with 105.6 SUNNY FM and your favorite DJ, Domino, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The quicker you buy tickets for the End of Summer Party, the more money you save as the event requires a separate ticket from regular admission and is required and equally priced for guests and Pass Members. Tickets purchased in advance are $26.99 for adults and $20.99 for children (ages 3-9). Day-of purchases are $29.99 for adults and $23.99 for children (ages 3-9).
