Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 27, from 4-7 p.m. as Celebrity Chef Richard Blais hosts a spectacular family-style picnic outside Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.
Event Highlights
Experience a one-of-a-kind pig roast featuring Puerto Rican-style slow-roasted suckling pig, seasoned with Four Flamingos’ signature Key Lime Mojo. Guests can enjoy a house-made sauce bar, family-style Floribbean sides, and a dessert bar.
Ticket Information
- Standard Ticket: $65 per person (excluding taxes and fees)
- Premium Ticket: $95 per person with unlimited beer and wine

Event Details
The event will be held outdoors on the Hydrangea Lawn near Four Flamingos. Please note that this is a special event separate from the restaurant’s regular dining hours on Saturday, July 27. Guests wishing to dine at the restaurant can make reservations at FourFlamingosOrlando.com. Chef Blais will also greet guests for dinner service on Thursday, July 25, and Friday, July 26.
