HCA Florida Healthcare is partnering with the Center for Change, which works to address health disparities in Orlando’s Black and Hispanic communities, to offer free diabetes health screening and education in Eatonville, Florida. This historic community has a diabetes incidence rate of 1 in 4 adults—nearly three times the national average.
