A Sporting Chamber

Break out your golf clubs and network on the green at the East Orlando Chamber’s 31st Annual Golf Tournament. We’ve moved our fun, signature golf outing to the spring to avoid most of the hot, sweltering summer heat and September rains. This Kentucky Derby themed tournament supports one of East Orange County’s local charities, Friends of Children and Families. We are driving the greens on Friday, May 1 at 8 a.m. The field is limited to 100 golfers, so register your foursome today! To register, sponsor, or for more details, visit www.EOCC.org and stay tuned for the Pre-tournament Afterhours on Thursday, April 30.

After the golf tournament champions are crowned, this year’s Vision Event focuses on other Central Florida sports. Currently, there are many great things happening regarding sports in our area. There is much excitement surrounding all the happenings of Orlando City Soccer, the Citrus Bowl, Orlando Magic, University of Central Florida, and the U.S. Tennis Association, but are you aware of all the partnerships and contributions these organizations have made to our local communities? Join us on Wednesday, May 20 at 5 p.m. for “Sports in East Orlando”, an evening of networking and a panel discussion from leaders of these prominent organizations. Contact the chamber for more information, event registration, sponsorship opportunities, and program advertising opportunities.
