I am pleased to announce that Andrew Cole has received a well-deserved promotion to become the new executive director of the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce. Andrew has been with the chamber since 2013, most recently as director of events. During his tenure, he has played an integral role in establishing a sound foundation for the chamber’s future. He has a passion for our members and the East Orlando business community, and he is dedicated to leading the way for the chamber’s growth and relevance in Central Florida as a connector for the region. I invite you to introduce yourself and congratulate him in his new position.
The chamber has many exciting events planned for the remainder of the year. Save the date for Education Day on Saturday, October 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Waterford Lakes Town Center. This event recognizes the public schools. Last year’s event drew over 2,500 attendees with 940 students performing on stage. Contact the chamber to reserve your booth space and showcase your business at this popular event.
You can visit the chamber at two convenient locations: in the Waterford Lakes area at 12301 Lake Underhill Road, Suite 245, Orlando, FL 32828 and now in Lake Nona at 9161 Narcoossee Road, Suite 210, Orlando, 32827. Visit us on the web at www.EOCC.org.
