We are excited to share the news that last month, the West Orange Chamber of Commerce board of directors approved plans to revamp the organization’s headquarters. The improvements to the chamber building, which was last renovated in 1998, will help our organization lead the West Orange business community in meeting the challenges of a dynamic business environment.
In anticipation of the continued strong growth of the West Orange business community, the chamber is seeking to create a state-of-the-art interior with expanded meeting areas, new member service stations, upgrades to the building’s exterior and accommodations for a growing staff to meet our members’ needs.
The cost of expansion is expected to not exceed $450,000. The project will be funded through community support, along with a significant contribution of the chamber’s own funds. To date, the organization has received lead gifts of $125,000 toward the Growth Matters capital campaign.
Stay tuned to www.wochamber.com for the latest news on this exciting new venture. If you and/or your business are interested in supporting or partnering on the Growth Matters campaign, please call 407-656-1304 for more information.
