Veterans Day Discounts and Deals in Central Florida 

As Veterans Day approaches, Central Florida is proudly honoring those who have served in the military with a variety of discounts and free admission offers. From educational experiences to fun family outings, there are plenty of ways for veterans and their families to celebrate their service. Here’s a look at some of the great deals available in the region this month.

Free Drink at Starbucks

On November 11, 2024, Starbucks is proud to honor veterans, active military service members, and military spouses with a free tall (12-ounce) brewed coffee (hot or iced) at participating U.S. Starbucks stores and licensed locations.*

In addition to this free coffee, Starbucks will be donating $200,000, divided evenly, to the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project to help support the veteran and military communities.

Free Admission at the Orange County Regional History Center 

On Saturday, November 9, the Orange County Regional History Center is inviting all veterans and active-duty military personnel to visit the museum free of charge. This special offer provides an opportunity to explore the rich history of Orange County and learn more about the local culture. It’s a great way for veterans to connect with their community while enjoying a day of discovery.

Free Breakfast for Heroes on Veterans Day at Another Broken Egg Cafe 

WHAT: In celebration of Veterans Day, Another Broken Egg Cafe, a leading upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch chain, is offering a free Patriot French Toast—a delicious dish topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream—along with a complimentary cup of Barista House Blend Coffee. This special offer is available to all veterans, active-duty military personnel, and retired service members on Monday, November 11.

The offer is valid for dine-in customers only, and a valid Military ID (active duty or retired) is required at the time of service.

Orlando Science Center: Free Admission and Family Discounts 

From November 4 to November 19, the Orlando Science Center will offer free admission to veterans and active military personnel with a valid military ID. Family members accompanying them will receive a 50% discount on admission. With four floors of interactive exhibits, including animal encounters, dinosaurs, and live shows, this is a fantastic opportunity for families to enjoy a day of learning and fun together. 

This initiative is made possible by Lockheed Martin, which supports veterans and their families through partnerships with organizations like the Orlando Science Center. Lockheed Martin employs over 20,000 veterans and is committed to honoring their service.

Brother Jimmy’s Offers Free Veterans Day Lunch 

WHAT:
This Veterans Day, Brother Jimmy’s is showing gratitude to the men and women who have served our country with a special Veterans Day Lunch.

On November 11 at noon, veterans are invited to enjoy a free meal at Brother Jimmy’s as a token of appreciation for their service and sacrifice. This event is a reminder of the profound impact veterans have on our community.

Guests are also welcome to join us for lunch for just $15, or make a meaningful contribution by donating a meal to a veteran. All proceeds will go towards providing meals for veterans and purchasing Publix gift cards to help support them further.

Free Meals at Chicken Guy! Winter Park

Chicken Guy! Winter Park is proud to honor veterans on Veterans Day! On November 11th, all veterans presenting a military ID can enjoy a complimentary item from their special menu, featuring:

LEGOLAND® Florida Resort: Free Tickets and Family Discounts 

LEGOLAND® Florida Resort is showing appreciation for service members by offering free 1-Day, 1-Park tickets to military and first responders, available for verification and purchase through their website. Additionally, military members can enjoy 50% off tickets for up to six friends or family members. This offer runs through November 30, making it a great time for families to enjoy a day of fun.

SeaWorld Orlando: Special Events and Military Passes 

From November 8 to November 11, SeaWorld Orlando will host special events to honor veterans, including a “Hero’s Salute” during select animal presentations and a patriotic fireworks display on November 9 and 10. This year, SeaWorld is extending its Military Annual Pass offer to veterans, allowing for unlimited admission and free parking through the end of 2025. Veterans can also enjoy complimentary single-day admission along with discounted tickets for their families.
