The 97th Annual Academy Awards, held on Sunday, March 2, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood highlighted the exceptional contributions of Full Sail University alumni. This year, 14 graduates played key roles in five Oscar-winning films across 11 award categories, showcasing their expertise in the film industry.

Full Sail University graduates contributed to a variety of winning projects, taking on roles such as Supervising Sound Editor, Content Protection Executive, Animator, Assistant Editor, and more. Their dedication and craftsmanship played a significant part in bringing these acclaimed films to life.

Additionally, alumni contributed to the success of Anora, which secured wins in major categories including Writing (Original Screenplay), Film Editing, Best Directing, and Best Picture.
