The Grand Opening of Judson’s Live
Dr. Phillips Center announced the Grand Opening Celebration artist line-up for its newest venue, Judson’s Live. Twisted Pine, Selwyn Birchwood and Michael Camilo Trio are included in the month-long programming.
Judson’s Live is a place to discover new music and enjoy intimate surroundings in an elevated and inviting room. The atmosphere is low-key with a stylish slant, anchored by a grand piano once belonging to Judson Green, the late jazz musician, former Walt Disney World President & Chairman, and beloved Dr. Phillips Center board member.
Judson’s Live: Blending Music with Intimacy
The space is designed to deliver stellar acoustics, and up close and personal experiences for artists and guests while offering seasonal shareable plates, craft cocktails and an extensive brown spirits menu.

Even More Pure “Genie-us” Magic
The holidays are here, and wishes are still being granted from The Dr. Phillips Center with the national touring production of the popular Broadway musical “Aladdin” playing Jan. 3-7.
Because of popular demand, Dr. Phillips has added a 1 p.m. matinee performance on Jan. 4.
Based on the 1992 Disney animated film, “Aladdin” is a thrilling production filled with unforgettable beauty, magic, comedy and breathtaking spectacle. It’s an extraordinary theatrical event where one lamp and three wishes make the possibilities infinite.
“Aladdin” will take place at the Walt Disney Theater; 445 S. Magnolia Ave. Tickets start at $35 at drphillipscenter.org.
