The Lake Apopka Wildlife Festival & Birdapalooza is a fun family festival showing off the 20,000-acre Lake Apopka North Shore, an amazing birding area. On Saturday the FREE Birdapalooza festival offers guided bus tours and hikes, including children’s hikes, photo hikes, bird banding, and other children’s activities. Now in its fourth year, Birdapalooza has added a Friday Birding Festival in which registrants will be provided birding information.
