13 New Cocktails & Mocktail Blend Island Flavors with Traditional Italian Aperitivo

WHAT: Starting July 3, North Italia will launch its annual Summer Sips campaign, showcasing 13 new, limited-edition cocktails crafted by local bartenders and inspired by “la dolce vita.” This year, the campaign introduces “Aperitiki,” a fusion of tropical tiki drinks and Italian aperitivo, featuring Italian liqueurs, fresh fruit, and spices. Among the 13 regional cocktails, 3 will be available nationwide, alongside a tropical, non-alcoholic mocktail.

To elevate the Aperitiki experience, North Italia will host extended weekend happy hours during the campaign’s first (July 6-7) and final (August 31-September 1) weekends. During standard happy hour times, the limited-time offer (LTO) drinks will be $2-$3 off. Additionally, North Italia will unveil a delectable brunch prix fixe menu in August, with more details to come.
