The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the 4th Annual Central Florida’s BBQ Blowout presented by Sonny’s BBQ. This tasty event will be held May 27-28 at Oviedo Mall.
Central Florida’s BBQ Blowout is an award-winning festival that is produced by the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Helpful Hands Inc, a local, nonprofit organization with a mission to enhance the quality of life for children and families who are in crisis.
More than 80 professional and backyard teams will compete for cash prizes and a chance to qualify for entry into a number of prestigious invitational events including the World Food Championships in Kissimmee. Attendees will have a chance to vote for their favorite BBQ entry during the People’s Choice portion of judging. Twenty teams will compete for this coveted People’s Choice award.
This year’s event will also incorporate a new Kid-Que on Friday night, along with a fierce BBQ competition, entertainment, a kid’s area with water rides and much more. Talented musicians, including Eli Mosley, Moriah and Greye, will be performing throughout the weekend. The whole family can enjoy free admission to Central Florida’s BBQ Blowout.
