2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 to 3 tablespoons sugar

Whipped cream
Simmer pumpkin puree in a saucepan until it has reduced down by ⅓, (this is for extra flavor, you can also add the puree as is). Combine your milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, sugar and spices into a pot on the stove until it’s steaming. Then, mix the pumpkin spice milk with the strong coffee. Cinnamon Dolce Latte
For the homemade cinnamon syrup:
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract, optional
3 cinnamon sticks
For the lattes:
2-4 Tablespoons cinnamon dolce syrup
2 cups strong brewed coffee
2 cups milk
Cinnamon
Whipped cream
To make the cinnamon dolce syrup, combine sugars, water and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
Brew two cups of coffee twice its normal strength. You can also use espresso if you have an espresso machine. Pour milk into a saucepan over medium-high heat and constantly whisk (or use a frother). When your milk is at least half foam, remove it from heat.
Stir your cinnamon dolce syrup into the hot coffee and pour into mugs with milk and foam. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
