White Castle, America’s first fast-food hamburger chain, is set to break ground on its second Central Florida location. This new addition, located in Lake County, will join the brand’s record-breaking Orlando restaurant—the largest free-standing White Castle in the world—which opened in 2021.

The new White Castle in Clermont will span 3,220 square feet and will feature a blend of indoor and outdoor seating, along with two drive-through lanes to accommodate high demand. Designed with a modern industrial aesthetic, this location will incorporate the brand’s signature tower while offering a sleek and contemporary dining experience.

Beyond its architectural appeal, the new location is expected to bring 75 new jobs to the area, further strengthening the local economy and satisfying the cravings of White Castle fans.

The groundbreaking ceremony for White Castle’s new Clermont location will take place on Wednesday, April 9.

As White Castle continues its expansion in Florida, this new restaurant aims to serve up the brand’s legendary sliders while offering an enhanced customer experience. With a rich history dating back to 1921, White Castle remains committed to bringing its iconic flavors to more communities nationwide.
