Parade of Homes Orlando will showcase innovative homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart home technology, outdoor living spaces, interior design, remodeling, and pool design—featuring the work of Central Florida’s top homebuilders, designers, and apartment communities.
Showcase Home: The Varen Transitional
This year’s showcase home, the Varen Transitional by Toll Brothers is located in Toll Brothers’ Saddlecrest at Windermere luxury home community, in between Winter Garden and Windermere. The community features homes with up to half-acres of property, water views and direct access to Lake Roberts.
This luxurious yet comfortable residence sits on a lush half-acre homesite surrounded by preserved land, creating a serene, private retreat. The expansive backyard is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a cabana, pergola, bocce court, sun deck, cozy fireplace, and a resort-style pool with a spa and water features. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ area complete the perfect alfresco setting. Inside, a thoughtfully designed floor plan blends elegance with functionality, offering a sophisticated lifestyle in every detail.
