Nobu, the globally renowned brand known for its seamless blend of modern luxury and traditional Japanese aesthetics, is set to open its doors in the heart of Orlando in 2026.

A New Chapter in Orlando’s Hospitality Story

According to a report in Growthspotter, AIC Hotel Group has filed for a massive resort near Disney Springs. AIC has spearheaded efforts for other luxury properties, including Eden Roc, Hard Rock Hotel, and Hotel Riviera Maya.

Now, it will bring its expertise to Orlando. Known primarily for its theme parks and family-friendly entertainment, the introduction of this facility adds a layer of sophisticated, adult-focused luxury to the city’s portfolio. It isn’t just another hotel; it’s a statement that Orlando is evolving, catering not only to families but also to travelers seeking an upscale, culturally rich experience.

What Nobu Brings to the Table

Nobu Hotels, co-founded by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and film producer Meir Teper, are celebrated for their unique philosophy that intertwines luxury with a minimalistic, Japanese-inspired design. The brand has 14 other properties, with more set to open in notable areas, including New York, Toronto, New Orleans, and Sao Paulo, to name a few. Here’s what residents and visitors can expect:

  1. Culinary Excellence: At its core, the hotel is a culinary haven. The in-house restaurant will likely feature Chef Nobu’s signature dishes, like Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño, alongside innovative creations inspired by local flavors.
  2. Zen-Inspired Design: The design ethos, deeply rooted in Japanese aesthetics, emphasizes natural materials and clean, elegant lines. Guests can expect a tranquil and visually stunning environment, contrasting the high-energy excitement of Orlando’s theme parks.
  3. Amenities: According to its website, the resort will feature 300 accommodations, including eight stunning villas, 50 stylish residences, and meeting and event space.
