Winter Park’s newest gem, Bar Kada, is nestled within the lobby of the prestigious Michelin Star Soseki Modern Omakase.
Bar Kada boasts an exquisite a la carte menu, meticulously crafted by Chef de Cuisine Chef Mike Vang of Soseki, and curated by the renowned Chef Michael Collantes. Complementing these culinary delights is a sake and beverage program of unparalleled sophistication, helmed by Benjamin Coutts, the esteemed recipient of the 2023 Florida Michelin Sommelier of the Year award.
Currently, we’re in our soft opening phase, extending a warm invitation to guests to indulge in our offerings every Wednesday and Thursday from 5 pm to 10 pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 10 pm. While reservations are recommended for optimal experience, walk-ins are also warmly welcomed, subject to availability.
Moreover, we cordially invite guests to partake in our Happy Hour festivities every Wednesday and Thursday from 5 pm to 6 pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 6 pm. Revel in special offerings including Hitachino draft specials, Isshobin sake features poured from magnums, $10 sake flights presenting a sampling of three distinctive sakes, alongside an array of delectable snacks and shareable bites.
