2013 Member Appreciation Breakfast

The beginning of a new year always brings excitement and optimism about the future. The West Orange Chamber is enthusiastic about many of the projects that will come to fruition in 2014. Under the guidance of our new board chairman, Lynetta Tipton, Steed of Regions Bank, we will soon begin production on an economic development video, which will highlight the strong economic foundation that West Orange County offers. This multi-dimensional film will talk about the assets of all the communities in West Orange. The project will highlight the vast collection of resources that make this a great place to live and work. The great road network, support of the municipalities and excellent school system are just a few of the attractions to companies and organizations.

Also, in early 2014, we will continue our popular Chamber 411 series. These seminars will incorporate current member testimonials, leadership opportunities, committee descriptions, community involvement sign ups and much more. The bi-monthly educational classes will make it easy for new (and seasoned) members to learn the ins and outs of getting the most out of their chamber investment.

We are also extremely excited about holding our 12th annual Best Fest, the popular West Orange County public food tasting & business expo, at Veranda Park for the second year in a row. Co-sponsorships are available but won’t last long. Please contact Carrie Wilson at cwilson@wochamber.com for more information.
