The Beach Wedding

Location: The Gasparilla Inn & Club (Boca Grande, Florida)

Ceremony Sites: The Gasparilla Inn Beach Club, The Gasparilla Inn Croquet Lawns, The Gasparilla Golf Club Gazebo, The Banyan Tree on the fifth hole of The Gasparilla Golf Club and The Gasparilla Inn Living Room.

Reception Sites: Several ceremony sites double as reception sites. Other choices include The Gasparilla Inn’s Banyan Room; intimate event spaces like The Gasparilla Inn Croquet Club House, The Pelican Club Room and The Sharp Room; and The Gasparilla Inn’s Dining Room.

Menu: The Inn’s culinary team can create menus specific to the couple. Outside catering is not permitted. The culinary team can also assist with the cake or the couple can choose to use an outside vendor.

While you’re there: Book a tarpon fishing charter, rent a bike to explore the island or relax on one of the beautiful beaches.

The Fairytale Wedding

Location: Walt Disney World Resort (Orlando, Florida)

Ceremony Sites: Depending on the collection you choose and the number of expected guests, couples can choose between a variety of indoor, outdoor, resort and theme park venues including Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, Canada Terrace or Italy Plaza at Epcot, Walt Disney World Railroad Train Station at Magic Kingdom, and many more.

Reception Sites: The Escape Collection includes an intimate ceremony and cake cutting experience with a champagne toast for a small number of guests. The Wishes Collection includes a ceremony followed by a reception, which can take place in a number of venues including American Adventure Rotunda or United Kingdom Lochside at Epcot, Napa and Sonoma Rooms at California Grill, and other restaurant and ballroom options at all three Magic Kingdom area resorts.

Menu: Couples can choose for guests to enjoy a multi-course plated meal at the table or to mingle while they savor offerings from buffet and food stations.

While you’re there: Spend a day or two at the parks or check out the new offerings at Disney Springs.

The Southern Belle Wedding

Location: Savannah, Georgia

Ceremony Sites: Choose a historic venue like The Gingerbread House (built in 1899) or say “I do” outdoors in front of the famous fountain in Forsyth Park – both backdrops are equally romantic.

Reception Sites: Many ceremony venues have ballrooms where receptions can be held. The city’s well-known squares can also host both weddings and receptions.

Menu: Area caterers work with couples to customize the perfect menu for their big day that includes down-home specialties served with a side of southern hospitality.

While you’re there: Explore the shops and bars on River Street, cruise the streets of Savannah on a 15-person bicycle with Savannah Slow Ride, or go on a ghost tour.

The Wedding at Sea

Location: SOLARIS Yacht (Destin, Florida)

Ceremony Sites: The open-air sky deck is perfect for sunset ceremonies overlooking beautiful Northwest Florida.

Reception Sites: Three decks offer indoor and outdoor dining spaces and plenty of space to dance the night away.

Menu: Custom menus are created using Gulf Coast ingredients and couples can choose between a formal seated dinner, passed hors d’oeuvres and appetizers, or walk-about chef stations.

While you’re there: Search for seashells at one of the public beaches or rent equipment for a play day on the water.
