Sorekara offers an evolving tasting menu starting at $270, curated to highlight seasonal ingredients and precise technique. The dining experience is intentionally intimate, featuring limited seatings on select evenings, as outlined on the restaurant’s website.

Ômo by Jônt Joins the One-Star Roster

Also earning high praise is Ômo by Jônt, located at 115 E. Lyman Ave. in Winter Park. This exclusive restaurant received one Michelin star for its refined tasting menu that emphasizes premium Japanese seafood. With only 16 seats available, Ômo offers a personal and immersive experience that appeals to serious food enthusiasts.
